EXECUTIVE TEAM

Mr. Michael Yanko has been developing Manhattan real estate for the past eighteen years, specializing in the residential co-op, condo and hospitality markets. His vast experience enables him to undertake air-rights assembly, ground ups, rehab buildings and rent stabilization projects. Mr. Yanko has built, renovated, and managed the development of over 1.2 million square feet of real estate in New York City. His forte is finding the next "market niche", while always emphasizing the importance of an excellent initial purchase.

Michael Yanko received his BA in Finance from Baruch College. However, Michael claims that his best education came from experience.

Mr. Conforty has an extensive background in marketing, advertising and design. As co-founder of Horizen Global LLC, he heads real estate development projects from concept creation to full execution. Mr. Conforty manages all aspects of business development, marketing strategy, sales and advertising. He received a Masters in Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Design from Bezalel Academy of Art&Design in Jerusalem.

Mr. Conforty’s main focus is developing innovative architectural projects that define how people will live in the 21st century.

Mr. Kamuonka has been providing financial and operation services to companies for over 15 years. He was previously the VP of Finance & Operations for Skins, Inc. a public footwear company. As a member of the investment banking team of Bank of America Securities’ M&A division he had helped numerous companies to reorganize, restructure, merge, or perform transformative and strategic transactions to improve liquidity, bottom line and operational efficiencies.

Mr. Kamuonka is an expert in all aspects of start-ups and development stage companies. He was an honors graduate from Baruch College, and received his MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.

Mr. Boudreaux was Managing Director for the Investment Bank - US Financial for France and Switzerland and opened their offices in Paris and later in Geneva. He developed the firm’s investment banking advisory business in Europe in structured finance and private equity focusing on the commercial real estate, alternative energy and luxury apparel markets.

For the last 2 years, Mr. Boudreaux served as Interim Senior Partner for the private equity fund - US Venture Energy that invested in alternative energy infrastructure projects on behalf of a group of European industrialists.

Mr. Boudreaux is registered with the NASD/FINRA (Series 24, 7, 3 and 63) He holds a BA in International Business and Management from Stanford University, California.

Mr. Devine has been providing professional construction services, and has been active in the NYC construction industry for over 25 years. Having spent the majority of his career with major NYC based Construction Firms such as Bovis Lend Lease, Pavarini McGovern and Structure Tone. During this period Mr. Devine has demonstrated outstanding managerial skills in a broad range of projects covering almost every market sector.

Mr. Devine has a strong background in the pre-construction, pre-development phase of many major complex projects, working with design teams and clients to bring these projects to the market. His experience spans many market sectors including commercial, residential, aviation, health care and such agencies as DASNY and the Port Authority of NY and NJ. Having worked on both new ground-up construction and renovation of occupied and unoccupied facilities, Mr. Devine’s client list includes: Jones Lang LaSalle, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Forest City Ratner, LVMH, K. Hovnanian, Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, St. Lukes Roosevelt Hospital Center, and Continental Airlines.

Mr. Devine experience covers every facet of the construction industry from field operations to senior level management of major contracts and cost and schedule system management. Mr. Devine received a Bachelors of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

In her role as General Counsel for Horizen Global, Ms. Kaufman handles a wide variety of legal issues ranging from real property acquisitions, leasing, financing, contracts, construction and intellectual property.

Prior to joining Horizen Global, Ms. Kaufman was an associate at Jaspan Schlesinger Hoffman practicing in their real estate department.

Ms. Kaufman received her BS from University of Florida and her JD from Brooklyn Law School. She is a member of the American and New York State Bar Associations.
