VU Hotel’s “Urban Resort” concept is based on interpretations of three quintessentially “New York” spaces - Pocket Park, Loft, and Roof Garden - which create a truly unique New York experience just “off the beaten path.”

Designed by world-renowned architect, David Rockwell, the hotel’s signature style emphasizes the fusion of art and fashion with technology and communications. Guests will be inspired by the sleek ambience of the hotel’s extraordinary ground floor dining and the breathtaking panoramic skyline and river views from its rooftop bar and lounge.

The hotel will be operated by the industry’s leading player in the boutique hotel segment, the Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group. Kimpton is noted for its four star thematic hotels and its ability to reflect in each hotel the energy, personality and pulse of its distinct location, history and architectural style.
