Sōma offers a serene environment that conjoins urban life and private living and was conceived as a sanctuary for the body and soul. From the lobby’s bamboo grove to the interior’s harmonious selection of natural materials and finishes, Sōma’s design focuses on the human body and senses, without sacrificing functionality. Building amenities include a private fitness area, individual storage, and Cyber Doorman services.

The New York Council of the Society of American Registered Architects distinguished “Sōma” with the Award of Honor in Design, signifying it as one of the best designed projects in 2006.
