To that end, By Design Associates Inc.-a full service general contracting and construction management firm-was formed in 2002 to act as the construction arm of Horizen Global. With expertise in ground up, restoration, mansions, office space, lofts and renovation projects, By Design is an integral part of the Horizen Global Team.
